  研究工作

  木质纤维素化学和生物转化生产生物燃料和化学品

  主要从事生物质化学和生物转化生产生物燃料和化学品研究工作。围绕着木质纤维素原料的清洁综合利用,从原料的清洁预处理与组分分离、纤维素的酶催化水解、木质素的表征与利用等方面展开研究,通过采用化学、化工、生物、材料等学科的研究方法和表征手段,结合工程应用开发和基础原理解析,研究木质纤维素清洁转化的工艺与机理。主要研究方向包括以下几个方面:

  n 木质纤维素清洁分级预处理技术及机理;

  n 木质纤维素抗生物降解屏障的分子机制,原料结构特性对纤维素酶催化水解的影响机制;

  n 纤维素酶催化水解的过程强化;

  n 木质纤维素水解液生产微生物油脂的工艺技术和过程调控;

  n 木素产品的表征与应用;

  n 生物质转化过程的模拟与优化

  目前主持一项国家自然科学基金项目,2项国际合作项目,作为主要研究骨干参与国家973计划项目子课题、科技部国际科技合作等多项项目的研究工作。基于以上研究工作,已在国内外期刊和会议上发表论文50余篇, 其中SCI收录30余篇,总引用次数500多次(Google学术引用统计);作为主编之一出版专著一部;申请中国专利9项,美国和欧洲专利各1项,其中5项已获中国专利授权。受邀担任Journal of Enzyme Research期刊主编(Editor-in-Chief),BioEnergy Research期刊的客座编辑(Guest Editor)以及《Bioresource Technology》,《Journal of Applied Microbiology》,《Energy & Fuel》等40个国际期刊论文评审人和智利国家科技发展基金会2010,2012年普通研究基金的外籍评审人。
